Logging InWhen i try and log in i see this message "You could not be logged on to ISA Server, Make sure that your domain name, user name, and password are correct, and then try again"Make sure that your username and password are entered correctly.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one to be emailed to you. See instructions in the password section below.
UsernamesAt the log on screen you will be required to enter your username and password (this should have already been issued to you). Usernames look like this:
Some of my surname is missing from my usernameUsernames are limited to 20 characters. If you have a longer surname, some of it may be lost. This cannot be altered.
PasswordsI have forgotten my password, or my password does not appear to be workingIf you have forgotten your password (or it does not appear to be working) you can request a new password to be emailed to you.

Password rulesPasswords must meet the following rules to be accepted:
Passwords that are being changed/reset cannot be the same as one that has already been used. For example: Password1 cannot be set again to Password1 Password CharactersYour initial password may have some characters that you are not familiar with. See the key combinations below to insert this character. It may be useful to practice your password in Microsoft Word (or similar) first before you attempt sigining in.
